How to block Google Voice number from calling landline?? - 5 views

  A family member uses Google Voice to harass my mother with calls to her landline all day and night.
  
  Since the calls show up as 'unavailable', I cannot block the number for her from the phone itself or by calling her service provider.
  
  I have already signed her up for Anonymous Call Rejection, which didn't work.
  
  I had Verizon sign the landline up for their Anonymous Call Block on their end - also no luck.
  
  Does anyone know how I can block these Google Voice calls?? My mother works from home and does not want to change her number, as she would lose a significant amount of business during the switch to a new number.
  
  Any advice is greatly appreciated!!
