I did a Tumblr post around this video a few weeks ago, and I found it very thought provoking. This video could easily be related to Michael Welsh's video about technology in schools.

A degree is not a guarantee of a future career anymore and here he discusses the economic impact of teaching relevant information and recognizing different learning styles and types of intelligence.
