I like this topic. If everybody suggest something, then we could create a nice collection.

The best javascript developers all say they learned good javascript from Douglas Crockford.

Skimming quickly through JenniferMadden's tutorial is good for the basics, but I notice they don't follow "javascript best practices" like:
