    Writing articles, especially via an e-zine, may be the ideal opportunity to present your organization. By sharing your knowledge and expertise, you build credibility as a professional, while spreading the word about your goods and services.

    I bet other times you find yourself looking at a blank screen, grumbling that it's publishing time again, while I am sure that sometimes you've a large number of content a few ideas. Well, have no fear! Here are 11 quick (and great) content ideas for once you are in a pinch.

    1. Give real-life stories to success.

    Identify an issue you've fixed for a client/customer, and use that as a springboard to supply more general advice. Show your readers how you've helped clients address issues -- 'case studies' if you'll. This positions you as the specialist in your readers' heads greater than your being released and saying so.

    2. Think of three areas in which you had like your customers to think of you as a resource.

    Today produce material in those places. For example, in my past life as a professional copywriter, I must say I enjoyed writing for Web sites. To get another standpoint, consider peeping at: the internet. I published a few articles on how best to create Web copy that sells, to help encourage my customers and prospects to engage me for these projects.

    3. Read business publications for ideas.

    Are there any hot problems in your area today? The more controversial, the higher. Do not be afraid to offer your own personal view -- your readers wish to know it. In the end, YOU are the expert in their eyes.

    4. Make note of 8 questions your clients have asked you in days gone by.

    You know, the people they ask you over and over. Answer each in a short report. Should you submit weekly, that is two weeks' worth of information, quickly the bat! And if you can not think of any concerns, send your entire present clients/customers a fast email, asking them what subjects they're most interested in learning more about.

    5. Learn such a thing nice recently from a market meeting, workshop, seminar, or insightful report?

    No-one says you have to reinvent the wheel of data! Pass on any gems of advice you've learned elsewhere -- only give them full attribution. Or give your opinion of the event or report it-self. Your readers will appreciate your frankness.

    It's easier to bang out a summary of recommendations than to put together an actual article. Obviously, the guidelines can develop in-to an article if you wish! Make sure to list your very best tip first, or at-least close to the top. (If you 'fire your greatest weapon' last, you risk losing your audience before they arrive at the nice stuff.)

    7. Meeting contacts whose knowledge would interest your readers

    (while not competing with yours). E-mail interviews are extremely simple to do. Just send your interviewee 3 to 5 questions via email, change their responses, and have them approve the ultimate version. Be sure to give a small plug to them in your e-zine as a thanks. (An one- or two-sentence description of these company and their Web address ought to be fine.)

    8. Advise books and methods that you employ, and offer complete opinions on them.In one dilemma of my old
