SOUTH BRUNSWICK - A South Brunswick man, who was dragged out of a car he was attempting to burglarize, was arrested Tuesday, police said today.

The car owner was was visiting a friend on Deerberry Lane. When he returned to his car at 11:15 p.m., he found Katko inside, according to police. The owner questioned Katko, then pulled him out of the vehicle and dragged him to his friend's house where they called police.

The incident happened around 5 p.m. Sunday while the Bears were playing the Philadelphia Eagles, said Veejay Zala of the Chicago Police Department. The 23-year-old man was pronounced dead at Northwestern Memorial Hospital at 5:27 p.m.
