Great for tool for creating webquest.  I also like the free hosting.  You can also search for other webquests.  I like the hotlist or links to other websites used as part of webquest or researching topics.

Similar to Quest Garden.  It's an authoring tool.  It gives you a 30 day trial and then you buy it for $25.
