In the event of this so called MRTC MRT3 deal of our government through DOTC, the pros and cons are very notable as the case moves to its core elements. The mere fact that those involved with this "Train Scandal" have to defend their stances for this ever changing, ever demoralizing effect to our beloved country, in terms of money, effort, time and not to mention the famous "doubting Thomas's and media circus." But, in the sense, the case developed when the "scandal players" moved to its Chaos Theory.
