Primary sources have always had strong educational value and now they are  at our fingertips. Teachers should be using these more than ever to teach history and other subjects where reading first person accounts of real events can help fuel true empathetic understanding,

Eye strain refers to ocular fatigue, eye discomfort and headaches associated from intensive use of the eyes. Dry and irritated eyes occur when there is insufficient fluid in the eyes to keep them moist. Eyes are kept moist and refreshed by a normal blink reflex which is present from birth.
