#2 suziewaltzer on 18 Jul 17Even though this article doesn't necessarily pertain to our class topic about noodles, I thought it was interesting to share this and how it connects to me. I'm Jewish and every Christmas my family has always eaten Chinese food. Because of this, I have grown a connection to Chinese food and look forward to it every Christmas. This Jewish tradition has been popular for so long because typically Chinese restaurants are the only places open on Christmas eve. It has become such a trend that you need reservations because most places are at maximum capacity. It is really interesting how two cultures are tied in and brought together by food.
