    In our reading, we came across the great amount of tradition and meticulousness that exits in Chinese cooking. One of my favorite parts about it was the description of the banquet and the number of delicate elements that are a part of it. This articles dwells into that a bit further and we learn about the art that really exits behind the traditional banquet.

    My last post on diigo was about the control food can have over our emotions and how it can influence us in many ways (both good and bad). Now, I want to take it one step further and talk about food as a time machine. While watching various documentaries and reading lots of food articles, I came across this chef who thinks of food in a similar way. Food can have innumeral memories associated it with, and chef Bottura puts his life on the plate every time he cooks.
