This site allows teachers to join an open webcasting community to collaborate on different classroom topics.  You could get knew ideas for things or get help with an issue you've been having with something.

Collaborate on documents or use as a back channel for meetings, webcasts, or other group events. Individual editors appear as different colors to keep things organized. You can create an account to save the pads for later reference or use.
