The Wonderment is a global co-creative platform that connects kids to make a difference and meet the world through the magic of shared imagination. Using the common language of wonder, kids and educators around the world can collaborate on creative challenges in an engaging and purposeful app environment that encourages self-directed creativity, global community and social-emotional learning.

I have been inspired by Julie Lindsey for awhile, so it was great to hear her speak and share resources.

They design and facilitate a virtual exchange for young people about civic engagement, media literacy, and/or STEM.

There are many advantages from being able to exchange ideas on a global level. However, sometimes it helps to meet face-to-face to work through ideas or problems. Honestly, human nature thrives on social interactions, and that can sometimes be lacking authenticity on social network sites.
