Where is the line drawn between the regulators and the defenders over censorship and free speech on the Internet? The potential dangers to which it may expose teachers and their students, not only in terms of the material on the Internet which may be used for legitimate curriculum purposes but the legal and political conicts in which they are likely to be caught up.
