Central bank of Iraq is introducing new banking strategies for local and foreign banks to operate in the country. According to these new strategies, the foreign banks will be allowed to open new branches in almost all the parts of the country. There will be no any restriction on the number of branches in the cities. There were restrictions on every foreign bank to open new branches in the famous cities of Iraq.

After looking the recent violence in some major cities of Iraq, the government of Iraq applied some of the effective strategies for the economic advancement. The government of Iraq empowered the fine ministry and central bank of Iraq in the recent unstable situation of Iraq and advised them to keep their activities in the normal routine.
