Recently news was released by a US based magazine. The US has planned to divide Iraq into three states. The complete news would be released on 30th June 25, 2014 which is as large to be covering 8 pages. These pages state that Iraq would be divided into three states; one in the North of Kurdistan, the second along with the border of Syria while Vlheiah takes the third states place.

According to the yearly report published by the World Bank, the banking business in Iraq is terribly done and they are not being able to cope with the rest of the world. Iraq has been ranked quite low in the list of SME Banking and other sectors. Iraq was ranked at the bottom out of 189 countries and it was because of the terrible political and social conditions of the country.

The frozen assets of Iraq in the foreign banks are under discussion for couple of months, especially after Chapter VII of United Nation. These frozen assets are $82 Billion and were freeze due to invasion of Kuwait by Iraq in 1990. People are not sure about these funds and most of them are consider as barren amount that will not be released to Iraq.

The Saxo Bank in its press release said that the recent law and order situation of Iraq may destabilize the oil prices in the international market. Mosul is under the control of militants that is the bridge between Kirkuk oil field supplies and it is the alarming situation not only for Iraq but also for international community.

Last night the President of United States of America, Barack Obama announced in the press release that United States of America will issue these immunity funds into development fund for Iraq. it shows that Iraq is going to get control over its foreign funds available in the different foreign banks, especially in United States of America.

After the release from chapter vii, Iraq is looking to collect Iraqi dinar and receivables from different countries of the world that were frozen after invasion of Kuwait by Iraq in 1990. These funds were freeze in the different countries of the world as a result of sanctions imposed by United Nation on Iraq.

The assets of central bank of Iraq are now no longer under the control of United Sates of America, after lifting all the sanction of chapter vii and other acts of UNO. The Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) announced yesterday that the Iraqi funds are now under the direct control of government of Iraq and available for use.
