The ISIS or Islamic State in Iraq and Syria has announced that they have opened their own bank in the City of Mosul to provide loans and to compensate for mangled currency, in order to financing and to raise the business for terrorist organizations.

The policemen and soldiers are killed in these cities in the large number and those who survived escape in the city or ran away in the other cities of Iraq. According to report more than 4000 soldiers were killed in these cities in the counter attacks made by militants in the different areas of these cities.

The Saxo Bank in its press release said that the recent law and order situation of Iraq may destabilize the oil prices in the international market. Mosul is under the control of militants that is the bridge between Kirkuk oil field supplies and it is the alarming situation not only for Iraq but also for international community.

The political and law and order situation of Iraq is worst in Iraq ever than before. Mosul, Tirkit and Kirkuk are under the control of Islamic militants ISIS. The policemen, soldiers and other government officials are running from these cities in the civil dress.

The militants are pro active and advancing towards Baghdad so fast. In the last two days, they were 400 km far from Baghdad as they were in Mosul and in the next two days they are in Tal Afar the city near Baghdad. Reports say that militants are just 60km away from Baghdad where extreme fight is seen.

The security situation in Mosul, Tirkit and Kirkuk is poor and considered as major reason of economic collapse. The militants are occupying most of the major cities of Iraq. The prices of dollar and other major foreign currencies are rising against Iraqi dinar with the every passing day. Iraq can never make progress without controlling the law and order situation of Iraq.

Crude oil is the backbone of Iraq economy and militants of ISIS under this fact very well. Therefore their strategy is so clear is to occupy the oil refineries of Iraq and cities rich in the oil. After taking the control of Mosul, the ISIS militants surrounded the Baiji, the biggest oil refinery of Iraq. According to recent updates, the militants have taken the control of Baiji and almost 80% of the area is under control of ISIS.

Keeping the security conditions of Iraq in view, the foreign companies are being paid to leave Iraq. This happened because of the security conditions of Iraq being quite fragile especially in the area of Mosul. Several that were managing in Baghdad the management of everything was due to the result of Turkey's policy towards Iraq.
