The increasing deficit of the general federal budget to more than 35 billion dollars will play objection large and categorical rejection by the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank, because it will lead to problems of economic and financial in the country and perhaps affect the market becomes faulty and conflicts between fiscal and monetary policy of the country.

The report issued by International Monetary Fund shows that the GDP of Iraq is higher than all other Middle East countries now. According to IMF Qatar and Iraq are going well and can be considered as competitors in 2015, with the growth rate of 7.1% and 6.7%. With the 4.4% growth rate, the United Arab Emirate is at number three leaving behind Algeria at fourth position.

World Bank and IMF ensured the economic growth and development in the Iraq economy. The relationship between central bank of Iraq and the government of Iraq are not going well for the last couple of years. The ineffective monetary policies of CBI for dollar auction sales remained under severe criticism by parliamentary finance committee of Iraq.

The dollar decreased especially against the rival. The Euro also decreased in the value in international market against rival by .04%. To combat the international economic issues, the central bank of Iraq is launching new monetary policy to control and stabilize the economy of Iraq.

Mahma Khalil, a member of the Economic Committee said that the private banks need help from the Central Bank to get out of their monetary issues.
