The central bank of Iraq is struggling hard to attract international banks and other foreign investors to invest in the country and open new branches in the different cities of Iraq.

The Arab world has never created good relations with Iraq. Most of the time they even cancelled the events of patch up because of many reasons. One major issue has remained a Sunni Sheea dispute. Saudi Arabia has remained in opposition of Iraq most of the time.

According to the sources of the Integrity Commission, a trillion dollars of the Iraqi dinar has been smuggled to Jordan, UAE and Lebanon. It is not easy to cross the borders with Daash supporting the US. It has been stated that in case the recovery of this money is not possible; Iraqs economy would be facing another set back.

According to the CEBR (London's Centre for Economics and Business Research), the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and World bank's report the foreign direct investment in Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Egypt and Jordan is increasing with the every passing day. Iraq is taking lead in foreign direct investment against all other Middle East countries.
