Bulk Edit in TFS - 3 views

  1) Go to https://tfs.iqmetrix.com/tfs/web/
  2) Open a query
  3) Select the items you want to edit
  4) Click Tools -> Bulk Edit Selected Work Items...
  5) Make the changes in the window that opens and click start to begin changing all those items
