The U.S. Library of Congress has begun uploading its audio archives to iTunes, and it will soon begin to post videos on YouTube, in an effort to make its materials easier for the public to access.

"Social networking app Path demonstrated a serious flaw in iOS security earlier this month, when it was able to download all of a user's contacts without notification or agreements. As a result, Congress demanded that Apple reveal how it is handling private information, and Apple promised to deliver a more transparent privacy policy."

Now that 111th Congress is in session, it's the responsibility of every American to keep tabs on their elected officials - and since this is the 21st Century, why not use your smartphone to do it?
