Concern has been raised as the article reports that 75 million people in the US rely on their internet access from libraries, and if this stringent filtering becomes standard amongst libraries, this is a very large number of people being censored.

Does accessibility turn you into a criminal? I still think if you're going to be a criminal you will find a way. Technology is certainly making it easier but you will only search for ways to hack into user info if you intend to steal in the first place.
