Kebony clear product is made from PEFC™-certified and sustainably sourced Southern Yellow Pine, which has been treated with a bio-based liquid. Kebony clear products are homogeneously treated and can be further machined or cross-cut to length as required.

The hurdle for establishing new woods in the window industry is extremely high but Kebony, the sustainable alternative to tropical hardwood, has overcome this obstacle and is now officially recommended by the Verband Fenster + Fassade (German Association of Windows and Facades, VFF).

Kebony is headlining the Wanted design program "A Few Good Things: New Designs From Norway" as top 10 Norwegian design exhibitions in the New York City. This particular showcase is featuring the proficient design studio from Norway.

In late October 2015, Tommy Bahama Restaurant Bar & Store opened in Waikiki on the island of Oahu. Kebony clear is used as flooring for the restaurant and rooftop lounge, as well as for the steps on the exquisitely crafted spiral staircase that connects the two levels.
