I wanted to start brain storming about what our goals/strategies are for training in different way so thought we could start the discussion here. There have been somethings sent in e-mail that I will transfer over here. Not sure if this is the right tool to use, but thought I would give ti a try.

What about the possibilities of establishing some kind of topic/application/technology-oriented user groups, online communities, etc.? Perhaps MS Word user groups where there are opportunities to provide suggestions, templates, questions, and tips among each other? KSOL could handle this, right?
