Oracle is massively ramping up audits of Java customers it claims are in breach of its licences - six years after it bought Sun Microsystems. A growing number of Oracle customers and partners have been approached by Larry Ellison's firm, which claims they are out of compliance on Java. The moment you, as an organisation, are delivering something where Java is distributed to end users - something more and more companies are doing by distributing apps through which customers can obtain products and services - that is not general-purpose any more… and Oracle wants to make money from that. ta free verzia mi pekne funguje z ubuntu voci oraclu, instalaciu je uplne bezbolestna a netreba mat nic v OS okrem javy, vsetko si to nainstaluje samo. free verzia sa moze pouzivat aj na komerne ucely. jej najvacsia nevyhoda je ta, ze nezobrazuje obsah blobov. ale to sa da lahko vyriesit zopar transformaciami v sql, napriklad: SELECT utl_raw.cast_to_varchar2(DBMS_LOB.SUBSTR(MSG, 1999, 1)) FROM ACTIVEMQ_MSG WHERE ROWNUM < 10;
