WASHINGTON - The Obama administration is looking at creating a courtroom-within-a-prison complex in the U.S. to house suspected terrorists, combining military and civilian detention facilities at a single maximum-security prison.

I can not help but be reminded of the 1973 science fiction movie, Soylent Green (MGM Production-based upon the novel, Make Room! Make Room! By Harry Harrison), in which a society running out of resources resorts to mercy killing of the elderly and ultimately uses them for a food source.
