Karl Wabst on 21 Apr 09A former State Department worker has pleaded guilty to gaining illegal access to more than 50 confidential passport application files. The plea by the worker, Gerald Lueders, is the third in an investigation into improperly examination of private data on actors, musicians, politicians, athletes and other celebrities. Mr. Lueders pleaded guilty to a single count of unauthorized computer access.
