    Hi Mary, How can I help you? Well, since I am not sure how I can help I will just give you some pointers. Okay? First off, do not try to save or bookmark anything from the university library, or sites like EBSCO, ProQuest, and the like with diigo you will not be able to open them from your bookmark or diigo library. That is probably my biggest beef. I saved a lot of research to this library and then could not retrieve it, bummer. Sorry it took me so long to respond. I will check back daily to see if you have written anything else. Veronica
