Tata Motors recently filed an amendment to their earlier petition in the Singur land case on Monday that included new developments and facts that were not included in the earlier petition that was filed June 22. The earlier petition filed by the company before the Calcutta HC had challenged the Singur Land Act 2011s constitutional validity.
