While Ford sees the EcoSport as a potential game changer, automobile critics find this car to be a product which is capable of erasing the differences between sedans, SUVs and premium hatchback cars in India.

"Ford will launch their second new car this year in the form of the next-generation Figo. The New 2015 Figo hatchback is expected to be offered with the same engine options as its compact sedan sibling. We expect the New Ford Figo to be priced between Rs 4.25-7 lakh. "

"Mahindra will launch a new compact SUV, the all-new TUV300 in the next few months.
