We've all been confused by text lingo at some point or another. Here is a list, a dictionary if you will, of the chat acronyms and text message shorthands. The list is updated regularly so you'll never have need to be confused again.

Very fun way to turn a lesson into a DIGITAL POSTER. Student Side- Have them posterize an important events, a book, a main character...etc. Teacher side- Use it for a lesson that incorporates different videos, graphics, and ideas for organizational purposes.

Create "word clouds" from text you paste into a textbox. Words that are used most frequently appear more prominently than others. Great analysis tool for speeches, compare/contrast. I have used Wordle as a tool when creating class rules. I pasted student rule ideas into Wordle and together the classes viewed the word cloud to come up with rules using the words that were the largest.
