Should this begin to happen, we could see a lot more farming in regions other than the plains in the midwest. There may be a much greater and even distribution of agricultural goods, which might lead to economic advantages, and other positive opportunities. I completely agree with Matt however, it is a very biased article. The author takes no time to draw any conclusions about the downfalls of GMOs
