In the article the prices of coal change by Coal Ministry under CIL s price mechanism. As the result of that the prices went downwards. The new pricing mechanism was based on Gross Calorific Value which was more wşth the fossil fuel and more safe for people. The previous one was based on Useful Heat Value coal which was full of ash and moisture content.

This really short article, i think, represents the real world problems of price marketing on a global scale. There is a bit of tension between two country's, West Benegal and India, over the price of coal. India is not cooperating with their usual partner to lower the price, and Benegal thinks that the importing cost is insanely high, thus we have a bit of a problem.

Thousands Protest: This sub article talks about the high demand of water, these farmers are so poor and the only wealth they have is the water from these river streams which help them grow crops. With plans to build new coal power plants, these farmers are fearing the scarcity of water.
