Lately, we have been discussing using QR Codes to help manage workflow for disseminating content to be accessed on iPads. This is another great post from Richard Byrne, with an embedded Common Craft video, explaining ideas for QR Codes in the classroom.

This is an incredible site to use with mobile devices equipped with a QR Code scanning app. You type up to 100 characters and it generates a QR code that then plays an audio clip. You can designate 1 of 40 languages. While it does not translate, it does speak in the target language. Could be a great resource for foreign language teachers.

Though an older post, this is still a good starting point for integrating QR codes into the classroom. The Mobile Native is a great blog for integrating mobile devices and focuses on younger students.

Much better than previous options! Use Delivr to quickly create QR codes for getting content to students.

This is a great lesson combining paper and iPads. It brings the class together, gets them moving, and is a great use of the device.

Great example of reflection, portfolios, and AR/QR

Think QR code type things sent by sound.

Wondershare lets you edit PDFs from a Mac. It is less expensive than the full version of Acrobat. A great classroom example came from an EdTechTeacher summer workshop participant. She created a Wordle, which she saved as a PDF. Then she inserted a QR code into it that linked back to additional information on her blog.
