Bookstacks is a personal volunteer project that was started in 2002. The website states that the goal is to provide something useful and well-made, for free,with no hassles. To access the old offline documents (PDF, MOBI, EPUB, XPS, and standalone HTML) please use this raw directory. If you right-click over any filename, your browser should give you an option to download it to your local drive. Most of the books are in the PDF folder.
