"Just in time"- ordering is fantastic because it takes a lot of thinking out of the matrix, although what happens when a recall happens? Well it can be good and bad. Bad because things happen so fast, and orders are sent once "it is saved by the bell", although, there is so much to be traced in the :"just in time" ordering that it actually helps tracing the source of the issue. So although something can travel faster , it can also be traced faster to help prevent the problem.

Technology has advanced us in many ways to make our society profitable monetarily, although is this what we need for our guests? Many mangers may see this new age of technology as a great way to maximize profits, but our consumers get annoyed by the "press one for x and two for z". It is a fine line between being productive and being profitable
