    This article, which was more of a study, shared finidngs on what HRIS is, and how it can be used for staff rentention. The impacts within the industry and limited empirical research on the complex consequences of staff turnover among employees. The research was developed based on literative reviews anbd conceptional framework. Critical reviews were conducted to analyze the existing literature on relevant theorires and studies of IS, HR, HRIS, Staff turnover and retention management.
