  Its amazing the amount of advanced technology has changed the hotel industry over the years with touchless being a top notch service for many hotel guests. You can walk into a hotel with everything located on an app. Starting from the reservation, to placing your card on file, having the food menu at hand and always having keys to your room all on your phone. Guests are relying on this to a fair amount especially traveling now during a pandemic. It states within the article that many hotels have taken the thought of safety and security measures into mind when creating the technology. It is a shame that this is a problem as so throughout the world but it is true that you must be protected especially within a hotel.
