  I first came across Kips when i first entered the lodging sector of hospitality in 2015. I worked for a Cambria Hotel & Suites which is a Choice Hotel. This hotel is managed by Driftwood Hospitality which uses Kips. It is a text messaging software which is slowly changing the guest experience at hotels. What it does is simply use for text messaging which allows front desk agents to text guests after check in and daily to ask how their room is, if they need room service, more towels and etc... Kipsu is of course not only used in the Hospitality world but it is certainly taking a big hit when you hear guests comment "wow, i've never had a hotel text me before to ask me how I'm doing". It is a great software considering technology is just at our fingertips through smart phones and is only advancing daily. Take a read on who they are and you will certainly be just as amazed.
