    -The hospitality industry is slowly recovering, as the reopening process has slowly begun and authorities started to ease restrictions.
    -Hospitality businesses are still expected to make drastic changes on how they operate their business making employees and customer health a priority.

    -A study suggested that the reopening of the sit down restaurants will not bring customers back immediately (Gursoy et al., 2020).

    -The hospitality market needs more research on how to drive customers back as there still isn't a vaccine available.

    Businesses are struggling to break-even due to high operating costs and are relying on customers returning. Studies indicate that customers will only feel comfortable traveling to a destination with low covid-19 cases, which Miami specifically is at an all time high. Making it even more difficult. Few things help ease the concern most people have such as making hand sanitizer stations visible, taking customers temperature as they walk in and making sure tables are 6 feet apart.
