Today we had a great conversation with an old friend who wants to get into REAL ESTATE INVESTING. He has read the books. He goes to the REIA meetings. He has his license. He networks. SO WHAT IS MISSING???

Alina's business motto has been articulated well by Warren Buffett's indicating that "Someone is sitting in the shade today because someone planted a tree a long time ago". Alina is the founder of two Meetup groups named, "The Power of Passive Investing through Real Estate", which gather in NY and NJ.

John worked at Marcus & Millichap and focused on the multifamily investment sales in the Brooklyn and Queens market. When John left Marcus & Millichap it was to focus 100% of his time on the growth of his real estate investment company. John played baseball at Queens College where he graduated with a degree in Economics.

FIBI is now the largest group of public real estate investor meetings in California with over 27,000 members. Jeremy has an MBA from The Wharton School, is a licensed California Real Estate Broker (for investing purposes only), and is an Advisor for Realty Mogul, the largest real estate crowdfunding website in the US.

Seth Ferguson has more than a decade of experience in high-performance real estate. As the President of ALBA Capital Group, he partners with investors to acquire and improve multifamily Properties in key growth markets. Seth speaks about various real estate topics and strategies and is the host of Purchase to Profits, where he interviews a successful real estate investor every day.

Ryan Enk is the Founder of Columbia Real Estate Investment Club, the author of Rolling Real Estate Formula and owner of an RV rental fleet. He has also built two million dollar indoor sports arenas in the New Orleans area. Ryan started his investing journey as a "corporate drone"; selling copiers at Icon Copy Solutions. He left that job in 2007 and today has helped over 100 people live their dreams by earning passive income with real estate.

Dan Schoenbaechler has held various Sales positions before getting into Commercial Real Estate in 2008. Having focused on Residential Sales since 2013, he has closed over $60 million of transactions in those 6 years, ranging from renters and first-time homebuyers to experienced investor sales.

Gary Holloway Jr. is the President of GMH Capital Partners - the real estate investment, operations, and development subsidiary of GMH Associates. Gary draws on nearly 20 years of acquisition, commercial real estate, and property.
