Hello and welcome to Multifamily Mondays here on the REI Foundation Podcast. On Mondays we discuss Large Multifamily Investments. We will pick apart different aspects of this type of real estate investing and periodically deep dive into actual deals that we are working on.

John worked at Marcus & Millichap and focused on the multifamily investment sales in the Brooklyn and Queens market. When John left Marcus & Millichap it was to focus 100% of his time on the growth of his real estate investment company. John played baseball at Queens College where he graduated with a degree in Economics.

Alina also hosts a virtual meetup by the same title for women. In addition, Alina offers educational webinars in collaboration with various administrators of self-directed IRA companies. Topics revolve around aspects of getting started investing in syndications by using funds in solo 401k or self-directed retirement plans.
