Located in the heart of Redfern in NSW, the Redfern Telephone exchange is a prominent building in the neighbouring landscape. Surrounded by lower lying brick structures the building is/was an icon of the area. So when the brickwork started fretting the buildingg managers decided that swift action was required - not only to rectify the known and any latent issues, but to ensure that the facade of the building would remain a prominent feature for all the right reasons, for years to come.
