Reading Planet offers many games for students to play to help them with their vocabulary, such as alphabet soup. This website offers resources for bilingual students and can be used for English Language Development.

Great Resource for 1 page fiction passages. Also strategies for comprehension.

Interactive graphic organizers! This is great because students who have difficulty writing can use these interactive writings to help creating notes and take down information. This is also a great research tool, when you have students go online to look for more  information for a research project.

Animated Science, Health, Technology, Math, Social Studies, Arts & Music and English movies, quizzes, activity pages and school homework help for K-12 kids, aligned with state standards. This is an incredible website for teachers, parents and students alike. I have utilized it numerous times in various capacities. It has lots of great features, but the monthly subscription is also very affordable.

Edmodo can be incorporated into classrooms through a variety of applications including Reading, Assignments, Collaboration. Current uses include posting assignments, creating polls for student responses, embedding video clips, and simply a venue for students and teachers to exchange messages on when to meet up at each others houses for "learning"
