Tracking Grades for a Group of Students - 1 views

    If for some reason you need to track grades for a particular student or group of students, you can use Schoolloop.

    First, create a group by clicking "View All" next to the Student Tracker heading on your Schoolloop Portal home screen. On the next page click "Add Tracker." You will be prompted to name the group, write a short description if you would like, and select whether this is a personal group or a school-wide group. After you have entered all information, click "Create."

    Next, you need to add students to your group. From your Schoolloop Portal home screen, click on "Student Records" under the Quick Links heading on the right. From the list of students, find the student you want to track, and click on the student's name. On that student's page, on the right under the Learning MGMT Team heading, next to Other Members, click "Join Team." You will be prompted to select a group and enter your relationship to the student. Click "Add" to finalize.

    This group should now be displayed on your Schoolloop Portal homepage under the Student Tracker heading at the top. Click on your group, and you will have access to the grades of all the students you have selected in one convenient place.
