Making of America (MoA) is a digital library of primary sources in American social history from the antebellum period through reconstruction. The collection is particularly strong in the subject areas of education, psychology, American history, sociology, religion, and science and technology.
Elk River Public Library website is right here for you to check out. Look through the library catalog and get the books you need for your next visit. If you have a library card, you can go through ALL the databases available online! There are a ton!!!
Look up books, follow the "teens" link for details on online sources available through the library. Sometimes links only work when you are at the library so don't just think you should go there for books!

There aren't too many right now but more are being added all of the time. Download and read ebooks posted by the MN History Center. If you have a MN history related topic this would be a good place to visit.
