Yes, it is! I've already given you credit for one link this week, but that is a good explanation -- even though the page it was last updated in 2005 and the search engine it gives as an example is Alta Vista. :) Alta Vista doesn't even exist anymore; it was acquired by Yahoo awhile ago, I think. Rather is a new service that helps you block key words you would rather not see on your facebook newsfeed. It is just an extension in the Google Chrome browser.
I think it's done in HTML5, which may be why I don't get any sound for it in Chrome -- not all browsers can manage all features of the new, drastically revised version of HTML yet.
