#1 OAText's open access on 15 Apr 16Most business leaders know that it's in everyone's interests to keep the workplace as stress-free as possible; while healthy levels of motivation and goal-setting is to be welcomed, over-pressurising people to meet the targets and goals is generally considered to be detrimental to performance levels and, more importantly, to people's health. Now the neuroscience backs this up and gives us all another reason to work on reducing stress levels at work.
