what about my nose twitching - 2 views

  For approximately the last 48 hrs, the right part of my own nose has become twitching and I'm actually puzzled as to the reasons this can cause?
  I'm 17 male.
  Any additional information you might need: I'm a lttle bit anxious currently due to my final exam (it's on Monday), I have only completed a load of some other examinations, for the last 48 hrs specifically I have already been experiencing weakness resulting from stressing through past papers, revision and so on.
  I've as well not been consuming as a healthy diet as I normally perform. I have never been consuming unhealthily, yet comparatively unhealthily in comparison to what I commonly take in. I have already been consuming plenty of diet coke and coffee being a continuous caffeine improve.
  Hmmm, I do think that's all I'm able to consider, could any of this have a experience with this kind of unusual twitching on my nose? It is really doing the work now for writing this :/
