    A sudden burning pain in the leg that won't let you sleep
    when you are extremely tired!! This trouble could be making you feel sleep
    deprived and highly tired next day.



    How does the trouble
    happen?



    Restless leg syndrome causes a person to feel the need to
    move his leg while he or she is fast asleep. The leg goes numb and one may feel
    a sharp cramp like pain in his or her leg. The leg muscles may have gone
    stiffened and hence making one lose his or her sleep. Being sleep disrupted now
    and again would make you feel sleep deprived the next day. At times some

    Pregnancy or anaemia. This is usually a temporary trouble in
    pregnancy. The trouble could also be hereditary.



    Intake of caffeine or tobacco may also be a related cause of
    this trouble.



    An imbalance of brain chemical called dopamine could also be
    a cause of this trouble.



    When one has had a hectic, strenuous and stressful day, he
    or she could be experiencing such a trouble. People who do a lot of physical or
    manual work during the day experience such a trouble.



    How to treat this

     The symptoms of this disorder can be
    rectified using relaxis vibrating pad. These pads need to be worn on the leg
    before going to sleep.



    The pads are approved by FDA. This may not help everybody.
    These pads may reduce symptoms for some time. For some it is just a temporary
    solution.



    People experiencing this trouble may require different types
    of help. Sometimes using a liniment for your leg may help. Sometimes it may not
    work at all.



    Doctors prescribe drugs and medications to help you get rid
    of this trouble. Sometimes one drug may stop showing effect, hence doctors
    would recommend use of other medication.



    Medications like sedatives or sleeping medications, muscle
    relaxants, pain killers, smart drugs may help in easing the discomfort of this
    issue. Using liniment may also help in calming the tightened muscles.



    One needs to ensure that they modify their lifestyle to
    prevent occurrence of this trouble. This would include avoiding consumption of
    alcohol, tobacco and high levels of caffeinated drinks. One should not over
    exert their bodies to perform unnecessary physical work.
