Stated, we grow organic produce and unique elements without pesticides, artificial fertilizers, sewage sludge, genetically modified organisms, or ionizing radiation. Animals that produce meat, poultry, eggs, and dairy products do not take antibiotics or increase hormones. The difference between natural and non-organic (conventional) meals has to do with how meals are produced. For example, natural meals like vegetables, fruit, eggs, milk, and meat are produced without Synthetic (human-made) pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers.

    Examples:
Fruits and Vegetables including Mushrooms, Nuts, Seeds, Grains, Dairy Products, Eggs, Legumes, Meats, Poultry, Livestock Feed. Wheat(bread), Rice, Goat Meat(Mutton), Chicken Meat, Fish, Cheese, Harira, Kadusharif(pumpkin), Tharid, Vinegar, Dates, Honey and Fig etc.
Organic ingredients may also have greater dietary costs than traditional food, under some research. The reason: In the absence of pesticides and fertilizers, vegetation improves their production of the physiochemical (vitamins and antioxidants) that enhance their resistance to bugs and weeds. Look for the word "organic" on veggies or pieces of fruit, or on the signal above the organic food.
Thanking Allah Almighty, we eat whatever halal food is available to us, Following are the items our forefathers used in nutrition and followed the Sunnah of the Prophet (peace be upon him).

    Wheat: (bread)

The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) preferred to use wheat flour without sifting because it does not make the stomach feel bloated. He used to eat bread only as much as he desperately needed, not for pleasure.

    Rice:

Apart from bread, the Holy Prophet also used rice in his diet. Rice is also a food item like wheat. It is narrated from Hazrat Anas bin Malik that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) liked "Thafal". Hazrat Abdullah says that Thafal is the rest of the food in the pot.

    Goat Meat (Mutton):

The Holy Prophet (PBUH) has also liked meat and has often used it. Tradition has it that you used to eat roasted meat and brothy meat with gusto. Therefore, the use of meat in food is a blessed tradition of the Holy Prophet.

The Holy Prophet (PBUH) has also eaten chicken meat. Therefore, eating native chicken meat is a blessed tradition of the Government of Mercy. Chicken meat is high in nutrients. Increases the intellect, sharpens the intellect and makes the mind active, nourishes the body.

    Fish:

The Holy Prophet (PBUH) had also eaten fish. Fish is easily digested and nourished. Fish should be eaten fresh, it is a very good food for lean and weak people, and it is useful in tuberculosis and diabetes. Fish is high in protein so it is a good substitute for meat.

    Cheese:

Cheese is made by skimming milk, it has a lot of fatty ingredients, its medical temperament is very cold, and it is very useful for stomach, kidneys and intestines. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) also liked it. It should be used as a Sunnah.

    Harira:(Moroccan Soup)

Harira is made by mixing ghee, flour, sugar and milk. It is useful for the weak. The Holy Prophet has liked it. In particular, you have suggested using it for fever. There is a narration from Hazrat Ayesha Siddiqa, may Allah be pleased with her, she says When one of the family members of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) had a fever, he would order a harira which was made, then he would order them to take a sip, and he would say: Someone removes dirt from their face with water.

    Kaddusharif (Pumpkin):

The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to eat vegetables in addition to meat and fish. Among vegetables, he used to like pumpkins the most. From a medical point of view, pumpkins have many benefits. In case of fever, getting large pieces of pumpkin on the soles of the hands and feet reduces the fever. Most of the religious leaders have used pumpkin as a Sunnah.

    Tharid:

Baking bread in broth or soaking it in meat broth so that it melts well, is called "bread threshing". A Tharid is made by mixing dates, ghee and cheese and sometimes it is also mixed with soup.
